Speaking

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about the things that matter.”

-Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Cindu leans on her 18 plus years of teaching public speaking in Higher Education to execute impactful, engaging, and inspiring speaking engagements. She brings her extensive experience, authenticity, courageous story-telling, humor, and passion to the public speaking stage and always caters her message to each unique audience - infusing data and examples that adds relevance and speaks to each audience.

Her formal training in public speaking has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to captivate and engage a wide range of audiences. Cindu’s speaking engagements are focused on encouraging cross-racial allyship, disrupting anti-Asian hate, moving beyond color-blindness to color consciousness, understand and embracing equity, disrupting anti-Blackness in communities of color, empowering women of color in the workplace, and cultivating inclusive organizations.

Cindu has extensive experience speaking at conferences, company retreats, luncheons, ERG events and participating in roundtable discussions, panel discussions, and engaging in facilitation.

Cindu was a phenomenal keynote speaker for our bi-annual conference. She was able to fully engage participants and created a space in which people left feeling empowered, affirmed, and equipped to continue to think about how they as leaders can continue to shatter ceilings and be impactful within their organizations and the larger education field.”
